Our job analysis’ are an assessment of the job site position to provide you with the essential functions of the job position. We evaluate the educational, skills, and physical demand requirements of a particular job. We outline the essential functions that are required of a specific job. We then incorporate this information into an ADA compliant functional job description. The job analysis can assist you in hiring decisions and in returning off work employees back into your workforce.
Post Offer Screening
If a company is interested in assessing a new hires potential to perform a job position, the above job analysis can be used to develop a post offer screen using job-specific equipment. The post-offer screen identifies whether or not a candidate displays the ability to perform the physical demands of the job position correctly and safely.
Fit for Duty Test
Fit for Duty Test is designed for an existing employee in the process of returning to regular job after an injury/ illness, or an existing employee currently performing regular job but is having difficulty in safely performing one or more of the essential functions of the job, or existing employee requesting to switch to a different position in the company.
This test is focused on the reason for which the employee was off work. The FFD includes a targeted musculoskeletal assessment (must be body-part-specific) and physical task performance of essential job functions.
